Travel and site time are quoted transparently in the proposal, and remote integration and support work can be delivered from our shop when a site visit is not required. We reverse engineer the existing system, produce an accurate I/O map and process description, and build the new architecture to run in parallel before a phased cutover. Old wire and tag numbers are mapped to the new ones so the knowledge stays recoverable.
